Order

Complete your details on the reservation form, choose the start and end dates, the product and the delivery address. Minimum hire period is one week. To allow timely shipment, please place your order at least a week in advance.

Free Delivery

The mobile phone will be delivered free charge to an address of your choice within New Zealand.   With all products you will also receive a prepaid addressed envelope for return delivery. * Delivery fee’s apply for GPS and modem.

Payments

The initial charge, made immediately following the reservation, includes the daily hire fee, bond, delivery fee if applicable and the current balance on the phone and modem prepaid account. Your account will be credited for bond and the final prepay balance at the end of the rental period.

Call charges

The following payments are done directly to the phone company, by topping-up the prepaid account. $0.49 a minute to the home network and any land line in New Zealand. $1.39 to the other mobile network. $0.49 international call to Australia, UK, Canada, Ireland & USA. $1.39 international call to other countries. $0.20 National text (SMS). $0.30 international text.

Data charges

Our Mobile Modem with daily data allowance is provided with an average of 30MB usage a day.  This allowance is sufficient for moderate Internet and email usage.
