Data charges

Our Mobile Modem with daily data allowance is provided with an average of 60MB usage a day.  This allowance is sufficient for moderate Internet and email usage.

Order

Complete your details on the reservation form, choose the start and end dates, the product and the delivery address. Minimum hire period is one week. To allow timely shipment, please place your order at least a week in advance.

Free Return Delivery

Your equipment will be delivered by courier to an address of your choice within New Zealand.   With all products you will also receive a prepaid addressed envelope for return delivery.

Payments

The initial charge, made immediately following the reservation, includes the daily hire fee, bond, delivery fee if applicable and the current balance on the phone and modem prepaid account. Your account will be credited for bond and the final prepay balance at the end of the rental period.

Call charges

2 Degrees Network: Standard prepay rates are the lowest in NZ. You can call any NZ network at any time of day for just 44c a minute, plus landlines in 22 countries and mobiles in some countries. Texts are just 9c a text to any NZ network, plus 22 countries.   www.2degreesmobile.co.nz

Vodafone Network: 49 cents a minute to any number in New Zealand anytime.  Texts sent to mobiles in NZ are charged at $0.12 per message. Texts sent from NZ to international destinations are $0.31 per text.  89c per minute to 15 countries anytime: Australia, UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, China, India, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong.

Telecom Network: 69c per minute and 20c per text.  Direct-dial any landline or mobile in Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland and pay 91c per minute.  Direct-dial any landline or mobile in the rest of the world for $1.43 per minute.
