Currently on the way back to the UK, Sydney at the moment. The whole New Zealand experience was absolutely top class including your service. The phone was used on a daily basis to keep in contact with friends and family both in New Zealand and abroad at a very low overall cost. Pretty hard to beat that kind of price for sure.  Although I hadn’t used
your service yet, I was pleased with my experience.  The website was easy to
use and had the information I want and the ordering was simple and easy.  I
did quite a bit of research and felt you offered the best value for money
(combination of rental rates plus usage costs) for what we wanted.

Rating:  Highly recommended.  This company provided me with perfect service.  I had to make an emergency trip to New Zealand from California and needed high quality wireless internet access to the USA for my laptop.  I got a bargain deal on a Telecom wireless modem and a Vodaphone cellphone rental.  The equipment was waiting for me in a package when I arrived exactly as promised.  The configuration instructions for the modem were a no-brainer, so I had a wireless connection running in a few minutes with impressive data performance. The customer service exceeded expectations, with questions answered very quickly and clearly.  Returning the equipment at the end of my stay in New Zealand was very easy — just pack it back in the prepaid padded bag and drop it off at the Post Office.  It doesn’t get much easier than that!   In summary, a very good experience with everything going right.  It doesn’t get better than that.  When I next go to New Zealand, I will definitely use this service again.

I would like to thank you for a remarkable service.

2 days ago (29/10/08) I decided to try and rent GPS for NZ. At that time I

was in Los Angeles, CA, USA, and about to leave USA to NZ the next day.

I search in the internet for that service and found your link.

Since I had to leave LA in 14 hours, it was very urgent to get a response

from you immediately. and so you did.

As it mentioned in your web site customer should make the reservation at

least a week ahead, but you did your best to give me a VIP service although

it was only 2 days ahead.

We discussed the details by e-mail and today, 2 days after, I am in Auckland

NZ and the GPS arrives directly to the hotel I am staying in – as promised.

It was a pleasure to receive such a service.

I will recommend your company where ever I go.

Thankyou for the SIM card we hired and which was awaiting us on arrival at
Manukau Top 10 Holiday Park on our arrival 15 April.
Card was returned to you in post on night of 30 April before our departure 1
May.
I will certainly tell anyone else I know considering a holiday in NZ of this
service.  The coverage by Vodaphone was exceptional and certainly better
than in Australia.
